This can be through stocking up my client’s fridge with sourcing pre-made meals or being present to help you with preparing, heating, and eating meals.
Exercise Outings
Creating activities to help my clients stay active while staying within their physical limits or assisting them in attending a group exercise outing they wish to attend.
Errands and Mobility
Accomplishing a list of errands or driving and accompanying my clients on their errands for additional help.
Personal Hygiene
Assisting with various personal hygiene needs such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
